Glacier Lodge

RATES:

Cabins 16, 17, and 19 rates are based on double occupancy(that means 2 people).

Each additional guest age 2ys+ is $25 per person/per night

Cabins 14, 15, 18, 20 are flat rates.

Advance bookings have a 2-consecutive-night minimum. 

Holiday bookings require 3-consecutive-nights.

The maximum stated occupancy for each cabin is not to be exceeded.

Glacier Lodge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. If you have a reservation, and don't show or pay without prior written communication, leave early without paying for your full reservation, or dispute a charge for a no-show, we will not rent to you in the future.


     Glacier Lodge does not assume any liability for weather conditions, personal emergencies, illness, sickness, car trouble, work emergencies, trail conditions, snow conditions, water conditions, acts of nature, or anything else that is out of our control. Sorry, no exceptions.


DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS:

Reservation cancellations require at least 30 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. 


We highly recommend emailing thru your method of booking to cancel a reservation. If no call is received outside of the 30 day cancellation period, the full amount of your stay can and will be charged. If you need to reschedule within the 30 day period, you will still be charged the 1st night deposit, and you will also be required to make a deposit on the new date.


No refunds for early departures or late arrivals. We reserve the right to rebook your cabin if we do not receive notification of late arrival via your method of booking-->RoverPass, email or text--by 5pm on the day of your reservation. Our guests are responsible for the entirety of their reservation, no exceptions.


No shows are responsible for the entirety of their reservation fees. Any no shows or outstanding balances will be charged to the credit card on file with no refunds provided. A statement of charges will be emailed to you at your request.

There will be a minimum charge of $250.00 if your cabin is left damaged, excessively dirty, has items missing, or has been smoked in.

Holiday reservations will be charged in full 30 days prior to your stay.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:

Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 7:00pm at the general store. Any check in after 7:00 must be arranged prior to 5pm the day of your stay AND pay an additional $20. Check-out time is 10:00 am, please return your key and pay your tab at the office.

CABIN 14- King bed in bedroom, Pull-out sofa and twin bed in living room. bathroom connected to bedroom, heater in living room. campfire behind the cabin. Great for families of five, or a couple who desires more space


CABIN 15- Queen in bedroom, Pull-out sofa, and twin bed in living room. Heater in living room, bathroom connected to bedroom. Open floor plan. Nice open fire ring out front, good cabin to have guests over. Room for a tent in the back, if you need a little extra space. Great for families of 5, or a couple who desires more space


CABIN 16- Queen in bedroom, Pull-out sofa in living room. bathroom connected to bedroom. Lots of shade, fire ring in the front. Great for couples and small families of 3-4


CABIN 17-There is a Queen in bedroom, pull-out sofa in living room, the bathroom is connected to bedroom, there is a fire ring out back. Good privacy. Great for couples, and small families of 3-4. This is an end cabin


Cabin 18- Queen in bedroom #1, Twin in bedroom #2, two pull-out sofas in living room, community bathroom, screened in patio. Heater in living room. Kitchen needs a remodel. Very large living room. Nice Fire ring in the back


Cabin 19- Queen in bedroom, trundle bed in small living room. Best for couples, or a family with two kids. Bathroom a little awkward but very functional. This is our most original cabin from the 1932 Olympics. Has a huge meadow and fire ring area, Decent shade, and a trail directly to the creek.


Cabin 20-Our largest cabin, offering multiple beds. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a single cot. Bedroom has a queen bed and a single cot. The living room has a pullout sofa, and also a twin bed off in the corner. The Bathroom and Kitchen are located away from the rooms. Fire ring and picnic table are off to the side.

Great for families. Or larger groups that want their own beds, so no funny business happens.


Listed Occupancies are maximum! But not necessarily the most comfortable. But why are you hangin'  inside the cabin anyway??? Get outside....explore.

PETS: 

$30.00 per pet per stay, deposit is required.

Clean Pets are welcomed including cats, however dogs may not be left unattended in cabins. Dogs must be tethered or on a leash when outside the cabins at all times on Glacier Lodge grounds. If the cabin smells of pets upon departure, you will need to pay $250 extra cleaning fee. Bring an extra sheet if your pet/s sleep on the couch or furniture, or you can also rent an extra sheet from the store for $5.

    Pets are allowed unleashed on the Big Pine Lake Trails. Please remember the ground gets very hot for our furry friends during June, July and August. We recommend dog booties.

 All cabins are equipped with showers, kitchens with basic kitchen utensils and a stove top percolator coffee pot. Towels and linens are provided. There is no daily maid service.  Of the 7 available cabins, all are different and can sleep from 2 to 7 people. Cabins 14,15,16,17 have bathrooms off the bedrooms, cabins 18,19,20 have bathrooms off the living rooms
